Vegan Ice Cream Strawberry Tart
Ingredients:
Base:
- 1 cup brazilian nuts or walnuts
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- 4 squares of 70% chocolate
Instructions :
Pulse brazilian nuts, dates, vanilla, coconut oil, salt and chocolate until a crumbly dough forms. Then place in a Pyrex and freeze.
Filling:
- 1 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tbs coffe ( 1 expresso shot )
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup almond cream
Instructions :
Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add in the frozen dough pyrex and freeze.
Topping:
- Strawberries
Instructions:
When the base and the filling are frozen top with strawberries freeze again and enjoy !
