About Me
My name is Maria Alexandra Sauter. I have always loved cooking and baking as well as the sky and reading. So for me it was really fun to be able to join three things I feel passionate about and use them to promote self care. For me having time to make a nutritious meal and enjoying it around nature is priceless, but it wasn't always that way. I used to rush into meals and didn't appreciate the time and effort cooking takes and how good a homemade meal is for our bodies. So I want bloom to guide people into eating healthy and delicious things. I created the mindfulness section because I always struggled with making time for myself and the things I enjoy. So in the mindfulness you can find many poems and quotes because for me they are a form of self care. But mainly the mindfulness section is meant to encourage you into finding what makes you feel happy and inspire you into taking the time to care for yourself. Finally the earth gallery. I love the sky and the flowers and the threes, well everything that comes from nature I adore. So that section is a small part of my camera roll that I wanted to share because our planet is really amazingly beautiful.

Main Idea
Health is such a controversial topic what works for you might not work for me. The trick to feeling good is finding what works for you. Leading a healthy life is composed by many different factors, getting a proper sleep, nurturing you body with nutritious food, learning how to deal with stress and anxiety, exercising etc. But health does not only include your physical health, but your mental health as well.
My main idea when creating BLOOM was to create a website where I could help people be more mindful about their health and well being while connecting with the planet and its beauty. BLOOM includes a variety of healthy recipes (all tested and made by me) made from fresh, organic and less processed ingredients. As well as a nature and sky gallery from pictures I have taken. And my favorite section, the mindfulness section. Where you can find beautiful poetry, guided meditation and experience blogs to relax and enjoy.

In the recepie section of my website you will be able to learn about the benefits of correcting your diet by adding organic, fresh and whole ingredients. You will also improve your digestion by consuming gluten free carbohydrates and learning how to get protein from grains. The website comes with many healthy recipes. Most of the recipes include approximated Marcos to help each individual with their different goals. Because I firmly believe eating nutritious can be delicious.

Mental Health has been a fragile topic for a very long time. But in reality we all deal with stress and anxiety, some even deal with harder mental complications. Remembering to take a break and relax can sometimes become really hard so in the mindfulness section of my website you will find a variety of quotes, poems, guided meditation and experience blogs for you to take a small time of the day to focus on yourself and work on things you enjoy. I personally adore reading poetry because I find comforting and relaxing reading small texts that encourage me or allow me to relate with different situations. I also love painting because I view painting as a way to express myself without words. Meditating is a great way to get rid of stress and becoming more mindful of all the blessings we have around us. So this section is meant to encourage you to find what brings you peace and makes your soul happy. Because you glow different when your soul is happy.
