Oat Walnut Pancakes
Ingredients :
- 2 cups oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1cup nut milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Mejol date
- 1 banana
Instructions :
In a food processor blend oats, baking powder and baking soda until a flour forms. Then add nut milk, egg, banana, vanilla and mejol date until a smooth paste is formed. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes. Then cook in a non stick pan. Stack and serve with homemade walnut butter, bee honey and walnuts! enjoy!
