Raspberry Coconut Chocolate

This recipe is a low sugar delicious and antioxidant snack. The recipe contains raspberries, raspberries are filled with antioxidants and low in sugar. Coconut flakes are a great source of fiber and healthy fats. And to top it of, they are covered with 85% cacao dark chocolate. Cacao is said to be a superfood and is extremely delicious!




Ingredients:


- 1/4 cup rasberries

- 3 tbs coconut flakes

- 3, 85% chocolate squares


Instructions :


In a bowl place raspberries and coconut flakes. Squish with a fork until a puree forms. Then freeze for 2o min in the fridge. Take out of the fridge and form 4 small balls. Then freeze for 20 minutes. Meanwhile melt the dark chelate. Take the balls out of the fridge and dip them in chocolate. Then freeze again for about 30 min and enjoy!
