Naan Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
Instruction :
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a ball forms. Then separate dough into 8 small pieces. Strech dough and form tortilla shaped circles. Preheat a pan to high temperature and cook naan on both sides for less than 20 seconds per side. Serve with a bit of olive oil.
