Green Jar Salad



Ingredients:

- 1 tbs olive oil

- 1 tbs lemon juice

- 1/2 tbs mint

- 1/2 tbs basil

- 1/2 tbs dill

- 1/4 cup cubed feta cheese

- 1/4 cup sprouts

- 1/4 cup cubed cucumbers

- 1/4 cup quinoa

- 2 cups fresh arugula


Instructions:

First put all the liquids in the bottom of the jar. Then the fresh mint, basil and dill. Then the cucumber, the feta cheese, the sprouts, the quinoa and in the top the arugula. Refrigerate and serve when wanted.
