Gluten Free Blueberry Orange Waffles
Ingredients :
Waffles:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup nut milk (I use soy milk)
- 1 tsp baking poweder
- 1 tbs coconut oil
Instructions:
In a bowl mix eggs and sugar. Then add a bit of flour and a bit of milk while mixing repeatedly. When flour and milk are fully incorporated add baking powder and coconut oil. Preheat waffle maker. Slightly cover with coco nut oil to avoid sticking and cook.
Blueberry Orange Jam:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 fully squeezed oranges
- 2 tsp Orange zest
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a small pot and boil until reduced.
Top waffles with homemade jam and some extra orange zest!
